Nichole - Licensed Massage Therapist
My goal as a massage therapist is to help my clients achieve physical and emotional wellbeing. Everyday stresses as well as chronic pain and injuries can lead to an array of symptoms in one’s body. I am a firm believer in the power of touch to alleviate if not eliminate some of these side effects. I have been certified in prenatal and infant massage, geriatric massage and shiatsu. My primary focus has been on clients with chronic pain stemming from headaches, TMJ, and sports injuries. I also work with many post-op orthopedic patients immediately after surgery in tandem with their physical therapy. I completed massage training in 1997 and have been practicing in the Denver area since that time.
Teresa - Licensed Massage Therapist
As a licensed massage therapist it is my main focus to customize massage therapy to each client’s individual needs to restore balance and wellbeing. By customizing the massage I am able to help relieve chronic pain and tension from every day stress, injury, or compensation patterns (postural distortion). Most clients require a combination of methodologies, including but not limited to; neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, and Swedish. Results should be relaxation, pain relief, increased range of motion/flexibility, and improved circulation. I am a 1984 graduate of The Institute of Body Therapeutics, Lahaina Maui Hawaii, and have been practicing for 25 years.
